 A heartfelt welcome to Adell Irvin, our new Community Outreach Specialist! Adell is a 2005 graduate of Northeastern University's ASL/Deaf Studies Certificate Program and a dedicated professional who has used her skills and talents to support members of the Deaf community for fourteen years. The majority of this time was and continues to be devoted to working within the faith-based community. Over the past six years, Adell has also supported the interpreting community, especially new interpreters striving to increase their knowledge base and build their interpreting skills. As a staff member, Adell will continue to support the growth of new interpreters from a variety of backgrounds and will take over coordination of our Interpreters of Color group.
